A wind storm attacked the Roxy Pinky Jam Girls snowboard contest in Livigno, Italy, this week. Sadly the slopestyle contest was a no-go, but the riders made the most of the session with plenty of shredding, photo shoots, then top TTR riders including Margot Rozies and Alicia Bonnaud joined the spactators for a legendary Saturday night party at Marco’s Pub.
With maximum speeds of 180km/h, the wind stopped play, with just a few riders managing to shred the new Carosello 3000 Snowpark. The result was an alternative weekend of socialising, shooting, eating, shopping and some pretty hard partying! Among the participants were Atti Hast from Sweden, the Static Angels, Italians Heidi Tuberosa, Tania De Tomas, Silvia Sartori and Martina Jole Moro, the Swiss force of Nadine Walker and Nicole Gsponer, English ripper Jo Chantry and Belgian shredder Derde Evelien.
