What is it? “Zarbi”… is the slang version of bizarre in French! So let’s go for the strange Zarbi Tour 2009! On the 21 and 22nd of March, the whole team of the Zarbi Tour will host you in the so- snowed French ski resort of Gourette (Pyrenneans- France).

And the origin: one guy! Once upon a time one guy passionated by snowboarding and extreme sports, decided to create a special contest, dedicated to snowboarding and surfing lovers.

Well, nowadays so many riding contests exist… but this one was meant to be more special! The Zarbi Tour team tends to link fun with the passion of riding. The team wants to prove that it is possible to practice his/her passion while acting actively for the protection of environment.

The concept? Come disguised! With the help of Earth Distribution or even the famous foundations of Surfrider Foundation Europe, Mountain Riders and River riders, The Zarbi Tour wishes to create a day 100% fun & ecological!
The contest is open to everyone wishing to have fun and enjoy a snowbarding day between friends.

Girls, boys, everyone is welcome! Bring your bear- disguise, your Spiderman Cap or your favourite pirate- deguisement!

At the end of the day: party time and prizes ceremony in the French traditions… which are… no limits!

The Zarbi Tour team will organised the surfing edition of the tour on the 25 and 26th of April 2009in the so- reknowed Basque city of Biarritz!
