Shed the winter woollies – we’ve teamed up with Yoga Traveller to give you the chance to win a pair of tickets, worth £1000 (1500 euros), to a week’s yoga retreat in Thailand. If you’ve seen Leonardo diCaprio in The Beach, you’ll have some idea of the jaw-dropping beauty of where you’ll be staying. Phi Phi Island is world-famous for its limestone cliffs jutting out into the water, its warm crystal clear lagoons and hammocks gently swaying from palm trees. The yoga retreat is set among these paradise surroundings and the beachfront rooms and yoga studio have panoramas of the island. Each day starts and ends with a yoga class on the beach and in between you’re free to explore the island or lounge by the pool.
Phi Phi has excellent scuba diving and snorkelling and the prize includes a PADI Discover Scuba Diving course for two people (or two dives for those already certified) plus a one-day introduction to rock climbing for two people. You can also rent kayaks, go cliff jumping, learn Thai cookery and hire a boat to explore the secluded beaches. Phi Phi has a number of restaurants and bars to boogie the night away. One week with Yoga Traveller in Thailand starts from 480 euros (£340), which includes B&B beachfront accommodation, yoga and group activities. Flights are not included.
