This really is the perfect nutritious warming treat as the winter approaches.
You may think that we’re cheating by microwaving them, but it saves heaps of time and the texture and, taste is still just as great as baking them.
Ingredients
- 1 large cooking apple
- A handful of raisins or sultanas
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Mix the honey, raisins and cinnamon together and place inside of a cored apple.
Microwave for four minutes or until soft and tender!
