“I use running to sightsee when I’m visiting any new country or landscape.
It’s hard to single out just one, but a few of my favourites would be the wilderness of Tasmania in Australia or Nova Scotia, when I was running in the snow up in the north.
The Jurassic Park Valley in Hawaii was incredible, as was the deserted island I was on in Mexico, which had one crazy peak that I would run up.
I’ve also run in France, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, South Africa, the Maldives, Indonesia, the Great Wall of China, Fiji, Tahiti, New Zealand, Peru, Brazil, Barbados, Puerto Rico, California, New York, the Azores, and right the way around beautiful Australia.
It really brings back memorable moments, having run in all these places around the world.”
