It may be known more for the surf side of things, but skating in South Africa is booming right now with new parks and projects popping up as we speak. With 20 beaches, Cape Town is the perfect place to enjoy some time on the sand before cruising along the sea front with the most insane of backdrop of Table Mountain.

Currently under construction in the city is the “Cape Town Gardens Skatepark” a project to turn an abandoned underpass into a skate spot. With lots of other parks under construction as we speak, soon it will be a skaters’ paradise.
