We love watching women’s  team edits – we had Volcom a couple of weeks ago, and now we’ve got Burton. Burton have been doing women’s team edits for a good few years now and we’re super glad they have, because it’s awesome to see girls riding together at the top of their game, having an awesome time and (dare we say it) not being compared to their male peers.

Either way, this year’s Burton Women’s edit features the likes of Kelly Clark, Enni Rukajarvi, Kimmy Fasani (who also got her own Burton Presents edit a few weeks ago) and Chloe Kim, who are all pushing womens’ snowboarding forwards like nobodys’ business.

Burton claims that they have the most successful women’s team in the world, and they’re true to their word! Between them, these girls have four Olympic medals, countless X Games podiums, and heaps of first times. Something tells us that’s not all with the inclusion of Chloe Kim; the 14 year old is one of the youngest people to win an X Games medal and is an Olympic Gold medallist waiting to happen. This is her first video part and we’re super excited to see more of her!

Alongside her, Kelly Clark has been pushing womens’ pipe riding for over 15 years – continuing to prove that competitive snowboarding isn’t just for the super young, and 28 year old Kimmy does the same, still killing it after coming back from a serious injury last year. Finish Enni shows no signs of slowing down after a succession of wins leading up to a silver medal in Sochi, and after watching this, we can’t wait to see what these girls come out with this winter! No men necessary here.
