The Roxy Chicken Jam was a great and rather suprising finale to the TTR women’s world Tour. After winning the pipe contest Kelly Clark‘s 21st place finish in the slopestyle comp was still enough to bump her up to World No.1 and taking the 08/09 TTR crown!
Big congrats go to Jenny Jones (GBR) who came out second with a Frontside Air, 50-50 to 180 off, Cab 360, Cab 540, Frontside 720 and a 50-50 to finish of her run. Newcomer Lisa Wiik (NOR) placed third but unfortunately last issue’s cover girl Kjersti Buaas, who’s been riding strong throughout the season was injured at this last event this season and only bagged place 5 in the overall TTR ranking.
