Animal, Quiksilver and Trespass are backing the British Snowboard and Freeski Tour, organisers have announced.
With each of the three brands securing their own event discipline, the new tour will feature jam sessions and freestyle coaching. Coupled with this will be product testing and 1,000 free beginner lessons. More information is available on the new website www.britishsnowtour.com
Director of Soul Sports, Spencer Claridge said that he wanted to push the limits of the British Freestyle scene to the max to give UK athletes a springboard onto the World stage.
The British Snow Tour offers something for everyone, competitors and spectators alike. It will include Freestyle Coaching, which is new to the 2007 competition. Method Snow School will be providing free coaching sessions for anyone who is after some freestyle tips. International Quiksilver team riders have been rumoured to be making an appearance to offer their top tips.
There will be free product testing, with the chance to try out next season’s snowboard and ski equipment and new expression sessions, giving you relaxed jam sessions and more slope time. The British Snowboard Tour continues to be the only UK event to award competitors with prestigious TTR points and TTR World Snowboard Tour Ranking.
