And we have some more winter related news for you today, with the wrap up of the Ladies Only Session from the Nike 6.0 Summer Lab in China.

This past Saturday saw the Nike 6.0 Summer Lab dominated by the ladies for once! Over 20 female shredders took to the indoor park for a fun-filled day of mini-comps, including a kicker-jam, funbox session and boardercross.

The first competition, a 1-on-1 boardercross shootout saw OG park-rat Dier take first place, after battling her way to the finals to face off with Dajing who grabbed second place. Next up saw the ladies throw down for a kicker session. Dier grabbed third place with some FS360s while Dajing wowed the judges with some huge fs180s, however it was Zhuhong who ripped the jump apart with some huge airs and FS540 attempts landing her in first place for that session! For the final comp the action moved to the funbox, where once again Zhuhong dominated with an array of tricks including a cab180 on, fs180 off, FS boards and some steezy nose-presses. Dier grabbed second place with some stylish tailslides and a fs180 on, sw180 off while Dajing also held her own with a range of boardslides. A big thanks goes out to all the girls that came and participated and to all the guys that came out to cheer them on!
