Last saturday saw the first round of the Ladies First Challenge 2012 going down in the Central Park of Thyon. So here is all the jist directly down from the ground:
Everybody agreed that Tina Ramholt showed a perfect run in the snowboard category: underflip 540 on the first jump, 270 up flat-down box, frontboard on the rainbow-box and 50-50 on the down-box, gaining the Swiss rider 900 Francs. The second place was obtained by Anaïs Cettou (switch back 360 on the first jump, 270 up flat-down box, 50-50 frontboard on the rainbow-box and 270 in on the down-box) and last but not least Justine Gremaud (backside 180 on the first jump, gap to boardslide on the flat-down box, 270 in on the up-flatdown
box and 360 on the box).
The freeski section was dominated by Emilie Cruz from France, who tackled a powerful 360 on the first jump and 3 tails switch up on the flat-down box, followed by Swiss local Lea Kiser.
