The Isle of Wight’s White Air festival is celebrating its tenth year with a host of events around the Island from October 26-29th.
Action sports fans will be able to take part in a four-day skate clinic with Island star John Cattle and the Wight Trash crew, who will be teaching tricks. Top skaters from around the country will be at the event, showcasing their skills on a midi pipe and street course at the White Air Extreme Sports Freesports Park at Yaverland.
Other sports on offer include surfing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, sailing, powerboat racing, parkour and paragliding. This years event includes the final of the MBS European tour mountain board competition, a 100km mountain bike cross-country race, kitesurfing and windsurfing, including the White Air Freewave UK Championships.
There will also be a chance to try graffiti art, with art clinics being run throughout the weekend and some of the best graffiti artists in the country painting live.
