It is my first season stuck in the UK as I now have the responsibility of running my business, selling clip-in hair extensions and chicken fillets to the masses! I was feeling a bit down for the start of the New Year due to knowing what I am missing in the Alps and hearing from my boarding friends who have been living it up in Avoriaz. But lucky us, as we have had tons of snow in the UK.

I and some friends have found a little gem of a spot in Hemel Hempstead, where we have been able to spend the week hiking up the hill and boarding down, we have even had enough snow to build a small kicker. There was something very cool about being able to board in your own country, a freedom from the usual routine. Check the pics out!
