The idea for aspom.com came from the observation that very few recruitment professionals in France and the rest of Europe are adequately specialized or have experience in the action sports industry. There is a need for such an enabling platform for candidates and employers as well as agents and distributors in search of new brands. The concept is simple: Clients representing hiring companies or brands pay an online fee to publish their offers and interested candidates apply for those offers free of charge.
