Wakestock has got a shiny new women’s champion, in the form of Argentinean ripper Robbie Rendo, who has nabbed the crown from Australian shredder Amber Wing.  Robbie threw it down with steeze and style, and was closely followed in second place by UK rider Charlotte Bryant, who also impressed with her super sweet spins. Unlike previous years where rain and mud were du jour, summer finally reared it’s head at Wakestock and festival goers were blessed with plenty of sunshine and good weather to watch the finals and get on down to performances from the likes of Kelis, Chase and Status and Biffy Clyro.
