The Roxy Pro went down in Biarritz last week, and despite starting with a couple of lay days, it ended with a bang and Steph Gilmore scoring her 5th (in words that’s FIFTH!!) ASP Women’s World Title, setting up a new record in the history of women’s surfing.
And it was a deserved win too, with Steph completely dominating almost every heat she’s surfed in this weekend. But the other girls put on a great show too in the semi and quarterfinals, with some great performances from Tyler Wright, Coco Ho, Malia Manuel, Carissa Moore, Sally Fitzgibbons, and Laura Enever.
