The Altitude Festival rose to a new level

After a day of sun and luckily more riding, we were ready for some more comedy. The Comedy Store Players took to the stage in the centre of Meribel and the audience was the 7th player as Marcus Brigstock and his team made us cry with laughter as they turned into goat dancers, french ski instructors and flying badgers on a ski jump. It is hard to explain but it made our night.

Being on such a high meant we couldn’t possibly go to sleep so we headed to the Loft nightclub to see DJ legend Brandon Block who was playing some top 90s dance tunes. With Ski Sunday star Graham Bell in tow we danced the night away.

KT Tunstall

This morning we were told it may be cloudy but we awoke to see more blue skies and as we headed down our 2nd run of the day we happened to bump into the one and only KT Tunstall and we were lucky enough to share a few turns with her before she speeded off under her dark sunglasses.

Tonight sees some more action on the snow as ski legend Alain Baxter skis his last ever race – apparently he is going to do it iin a kilt. We thenplan to see some more comedy action and we will see if we have enough energy left for dancing!
