Yeay! Just received my pictures from last month’s trip to Kuala Lumpur.
Check it out; this is me doing a back flip of the 421 m high KL tower!
It was so surreal to see all the skyscrapers in freefall… I went to KL on a 3 day base jumping event, but spent a week in total. It was so nice to see friends again. About 60 jumpers came from all over the world to have fun and focus on these few days of jumping. I’m based in Pakistan for the time being doing relief work in the earthquake area (will write more about this later), so it was a sweet treat to be in a developed place where one can go partying at night clubs with friends, shopping for nice fashionable clothes, eat sushi or other delicious foods at every street corner or drink coffee latte’s with soy milk! Even stranger was the fact that I did not have to cover up.
Coming directly from Pakistan I only had the traditional Pakistani dress; shalwar kameez to wear, but luckily my roommate had a suitcase packed with nice summer clothes I could borrow Thanks Amanda! Had so much fun! Can’t wait for next year’s event!
Oh, and check out my latest BASE jump for Berghaus here!
