Now this has got to be the cutest story we've heard today. There's a sanctuary in Alice Springs, Australia for baby kangaroos whose mother have been killed by cars.

It was founded in 2005 by Chris 'Brolga' Barns who often found dead kangaroos on the side of the road with their joeys still alive in their pouches.

He received so many donations from across the world that he set up his own Kangaroo Sanctuary in 2009. It's now home to 28 kangaroos and a camel.

The BBC even picked up on word of the kangaroo sanctuary and made a two-part TV series on it called Kangaroo Dundee. How cool is that?

Australia is clearly full of the best cute animals stories, after we heard this one about the oldest man in the country knitting sweaters for injured parents last month.
