Joanna Krupa is best known for starring in TV shows like Dancing with the Stars, Poland’s Next Top Model and The Real Housewives of Miami.
This week she posed for a photo shoot wearing nothing but body paint in a bid to bring attention to the captivity of orcas by Sea World.
The ex-Playboy model is a known animal activist and has repeatedly used her body, fame and good looks as a way of promoting campaigns, working most recently with PETA.
The model was painted in black and white body paint to resemble an orca, before posing in a giant fishbowl in order to show how the whales at SeaWorld are treated.
We applaud Joanna for spreading the word!
“These animals, they’re in prison their whole life,” says Krupa. “I can only envision and feel the pain of these animals being stuck in a tiny aquarium, because normally orcas swim 100 miles a day.”
We wish that more celebrities would use their exposure in such a positive way and applaud Joanna for spreading the word.
