Meet Marg, Sally and Carol. They are all surfers from Lennox Head in New South Wales, Australia – and they are all over the age of 50.

You’ll often be out in the line up – and find yourself surrounded by other women

Women Who Run With The Tides is a mini film documenting the surfing habits of these mothers and grandmothers who surf together in Lennox Head.

There’s a unique community here with a large number of female surfers of all ages.

It reminds us this inspirational video with Gwyn Haslock, the oldest surfer in the UK – aged 68.

Let’s hope we’re all surfing well into our 60s!
