Activewear main

Who can't wait to get outside running in shorts again? We've been craving sunshine these past few weeks, as we edge closer to spring.

Whether you're into running, climbing, surfing, cycling or going to the gym, it's always nice to have some shiny new kit to get you pumped for exercise.

So, we've put together a selection of some of our favourite active wear to wear this spring...

Sweaty Betty Athlete Vest

We're a big fan of Sweaty Betty's tops - particularly this active vest.

It's made from lightweight, sweat-wicking fabric so it will draw sweat off your skin to the outside of the fabric.

We like the relatively high neck, as it means you won't accidentally show off your cleavage when you're stretching.

Roxy Line Up Shorts

They're a great colour, they're ideal for running and they've got a super comfortable elastic waistband. What more could you ask for?

We like the fact that they're also quick-drying, in case you fancy a quick dip after your workout.

Ronhill microlight trail jacket

When you're running, you want something light and breathable to wear when it looks like it's about to pour.

This jacket from Ronhill is the perfect thing. It's easy to pack away and will keep the wind off you when it's howling with rain.

Nikita Eclipse Top

This is more of a yoga vest than a hardcore workout top, but we love the jazzy acid print and cool built-in sports bra.

Big bonus: it covers your bum when you stand up, so no need to worry about your VPL.

Nike Bash Bra

If you're looking for a bra with seriously good support, look no further than Nike.

It's a medium impact bra, so perfect for light jogging, cycling, and everyday workouts classes. The straps minimise bounce and it's made from Dri-FIT fabric to keep you nice and comfortable.

We love this 80s style pattern - it takes us back to Saved By The Bell (anyone else?)

Mizu M8 Bottle

Plastic water bottles are really bad for the environment. It takes around 450 years for one to decompose. You don't want to have that on your conscience every time you head to the gym.

Get yourself one of these cool stainless steel Mizu bottles, they've teamed up with rad camping brand Poler to bring you wonderful designs like this.

inspire crop ii lululemon

We discovered lululemon many years ago back in Canada. Now the North American phenomenon has hit the UK with full force.

They're products are just gorgeous. If we could have anything, it would have to be these Inspire Leggings with sweat-wicking material and flat seams, so they don't chafe.

They're definitely on the upper end of the price scale - but totally worth it.

Nike Rosh Blue Trainer

Is there anyone in the western world that hasn't bought a pair of Nike trainers this year?

These Roshe Run Print shoes are particularly unique and will definitely make you stand out on the trails or the beach.

Forever 21 Mesh-Paneled Workout Shorts

Who knew Forever 21 did activewear? They have a truly vast selection. We went for these grey panelled workout shorts.

Yes, they have a whiff of cycling shorts to them. Pair with a big baggy retro t-shirt and a pair of trainers - and you're good to go.

Fitbit Charge HR

If you haven't already succumbed to the fitness tracker trend, you will very shortly.

Fitbit are one of the most popular. This is their new tracker - the Charge HR.

It wirelessly monitors your heart rate, tracks your workout on your phone including distance travelled and calories burnt, and wakes you up in the morning with a 'silent alarm'.

Pretty cool, eh? Guaranteed everyone will come up to you asking, "Is that a watch?"
