The snow might be melting and we’re reluctantly packing up our boots and bindings for another year, but we’re already getting excited about the stylish slope gear coming up for winter 2008.
E+O have just given us a sneaky peek at their upcoming winter line, which fuses cutting-edge technology with urban styling and ‘body-con’ tailoring to create a skiwear collection that is comfortable and chic yet don’t compromise on all the important technical stuff.
The brand new VJ Collection was created by hot French designer Vincent Jalbert who has pretty impressive credentials, with designs for Torrente, Balmain, Killy, Asics, and a sportswear collection for Comme des Garcons on his fashion CV. The range offers a signature splash of confident colourful prints so that you won’t be missed while out on the slopes!
While stylish, the E+O products also offer TSM (Thermal Sensitive Memory) system shell on all outerwear. This intelligent fabric has been developed especially for E+O snow-wear so that your kit alters its water resistance and breathability to suit the weather conditions and your body temperature. Pretty clever stuff.
Plus, the collection includes a nifty combination of details such as snow skirts, heat reflective lining, fleece lining, waterproof bonded zips and those all-important internal pockets for goggles, sunglasses, mobile phones and ski passes… Our credit cards are twitching already.
