We first alerted you to the awesomeness of Redwood Girls last year when the brand was an idea mid-germination, but now the teenage underwear make for adventure lovers is GO GO GO!

We fully support Redwood Girls’s noble aim to “empower girls to be confident, happy, healthy, inspired, sporty, smart and cool”, while nurturing “a community of adventure seeking and style conscious young ladies with a lust for life.”

And with a super cool aesthetic to go with its carpe diem ethos, Redwood Girls also has a roster of some of our favourite young action sports athletes as ambassadors. This includes the insanely talented snowboarder Katie Ormerod, the surfer Georgie Timson and the footballer Charlotte Lade.

We were lucky enough to get these exclusive shots from their first ever launch collection fashion shoot, which was styled by our most excellent former fashion editor Poppy Smith, photographed by Nathan Gallagher and art directed by Redwood Girls’ co-founder Lucy Warwood. Hair and makeup was by Victoria Penrose and Alexa Jade, nails by Cherrie Snow for WAH Nails and the model was Melody Sanderson at M&P Models.
