We love our fitness trackers… A lot.

Since we’ve been able measure our food and activity everyday, as well as track and save our workout stats, sticking to our health regimes has been no effort whatsoever.

Apparently, there’ll soon be bands that will be able to count how many calories you’ve eaten and even chopsticks that can tell the nutritional value of the food you pick up. Crazy, eh?

While we are totally on board the wearable tech train, wearing a bulky tracker 24/7 does seem to shout ‘I LOVE HEALTH AND FITNESS’ a little loudly at times.

What about when you’re on a night out? Or meeting a date for the first time? Sometimes you want to share your love of fitness through your conversation, not the flashing green lights on your arm.
