We spotted Roxy skateboarder and former Cooler cover star Lois Pendlebury looking very Z-Boys in her knee-high socks and 70s shorts, sunnies and skateboard. She swapped dried up backyard pools for pretty Biarritz though. Note the Joseph Szabo print on her T-shirt. We are massive fans of his books ‘Teenage’ and ‘Almost Grown’, and that little cigarette smoking 11 year-old in particular (who might not be a great role model, but hey, the picture was taken in 1969, surely smoking didn’t kill back then?!).
