As the South African ASP Women’s World Tour surfer Bianca Buitentag (above, at the Vans US Open of Surfing) says towards the end of this core strength workout: “the best way to get fit for surfing is of course surfing” but not all of us live near surfable waves, a wave pool or even a 50m swimming pool which would also be useful, more’s the pity :(((
