Is the room still spinning? Why do I feel so awful? Did I really say that to my boss last night?
Yes, people - we've all been there. You've got the hangover from hell and there's no one to blame but yourself.
While you're probably tempted to spend your day festering on the sofa with a giant bowl of potato smiley faces and back-to-back episodes of Gilmore Girls, there are plenty of ways to feel better.
They don't involve painkillers or fried food, but they work every time for us...
There's nothing like an big wave dumping its load on your head to shake the hangover from your body.
Remember when you were dreaming about sitting in bed all day with a giant cup of Tea? This is a much better idea.
Drink A Smoothie With Ginger In
It sounds kind of gross, but ginger is a miracle worker on a rough hangover.
Carrot, orange and ginger together make an ace smoothie - and will have you feeling (relatively) normal in no time.
Ginger and honey tea is also good if you keep feeling like you're going to vom.
What? I can hear you cry. Downward facing dog literally sounds like a nightmare right now.
Our favourite online yoga instructor Adriene Mishler has a whole yoga video specifically for when you are hungover.
There's no awful acrobatic poses, just a lot of head rubbing - which is what you need right now.
Sit On A Chairlift
You feel super groggy. The room is spinning slightly and you find yourself absent mindedly staring into the fridge.
One way to get rid of that stinking hangover? Sit on an ice cold chairlift for ten minutes as it crawls at snail's pace up the mountain.
You'll have more to think about than the pounding in your head.
Eat A Giant Bowl Of Tomato Pasta
This is the only meal we want when we're hungover.
Yes, it's got a lot of carbs in but it won't make you feel gross like a Big Mac or a fry up does.
The fancy name is pasta al pomodoro but it's just simply tomato pasta.
To make the sauce, put a glug of olive oil in a saucepan followed by one can of tinned tomatos, salt pepper and one crushed clove of garlic. Leave to simmer until reduced - it takes about 15 minutes minimum.
Make your pasta. Pile the finished sauce on top. Sprinkle over a shit tonne of cheese.
Extra cheese will improve your chances of recovering quickly. Trust us.
Like surfing, cold water really does cure hangovers.
It's something about the saltwater and the pure chilliness of an openwater swim that will make you feel about twenty times better. If that's not an option, head for your local pool.
Once you're out, shivering in your towel, you'll forget you ever drank too much last night.
Go For A Run
The last thing you feel like doing is lacing up your trainers.
However, going for a run really is a proven way to banish a hangover. We're not going to lie to you - it will feel awful.
You'll be sweating, shaking and feeling like you might puke - but afterwards it you'll feel ready to face the day (and not crawl back into bed).
Just don't let anyone wave a Tequila shot near you nose...
