Are you one of those people who has the best intentions at the start of the week (early mornings, exercise, healthy eating, drinking water, meditation...), but by the time that Wednesday comes around, it feels like all of your good intentions have flown out of the window? Yep, us too.
Its hard to create good habits and make them stick, especially when you've been doing the old ones for so long, so author Migle Adzgauskaite decided to create a way to make it easier... using yoga.
Migle has created a yoga organiser like no other, as well as helping you plan your life it also has different features to keep you heathy, motivated and mindful. The Yogi Daily Planner a Morning Routine Planner, a Yoga Dictionary with notes and yearly goals planner, as well other interesting features to explore such as a wheel of Life, moon phase meanings and ritual tips and a gratitude page.
When we started to use our planner, we weren't quite sure what to expect. While yoga lovers at Cooler, we're not every day enthusiasts and weren't sure whether we would feel a little out of our depth with some of the its ideas.
Two weeks in however and we're hooked. The planner helps to create space and structure in your life in a way that is maintainable and manageable. The gratitude pages remind you of the things you should be happy for, at times when you would normally forget, and the morning routine schedule has got us up and about every day.
Since using the planner, we've also started making time for and practicing meditation every day, because the planning shows that there is space for it in a busy day, when we honestly didn't believe there was.
The most important thing however, is that this planner has invigorated our love of yoga one again and inspired us to practice it every morning before breakfast. After so long without it, we have Migle and her awesome book to thank for persuading us of its importance once again.
