Making a list at the start of the week laying out what you fancy eating over the next seven days can cut down loads of waste food in your weekly shop!
Having fajitas one night? Get some fillings to use put in the leftover wraps for lunch the next day. Making bolognaise and pasta? Throw a baked potato and some chillies into your shopping for a comforting, spiced up version the day after.
By cutting down waste we could all reduce our footprint, while expanding the money we have left at the end of the week!
