The SUP 11-City Tour is normally held over five days, but as the name would suggest, this extreme version challenges the paddle boarders to a 220km race with no breaks in between cities.
Starting and ending in Leawander, Holland, the race passes through 11 cities and various different conditions.
While runners talk to the mental milestone they have to overcome in endurance races, SUPboarding racers say that the thing that must defeated in this race is their own leg strength just to carry on standing for the whole time.
