It’s the 4th of July, so in honour of Independence Day, we’ve had a think about what makes the USA stand for United States of Awesome. So here we go, we love America because…
1) they have a million and one skateparks…
How can you summarise the selection of skateparks the US has to offer? It’s pretty much impossible to do so as they have so many! State dependent, there is something for everyone and they are packed with enthusiastic skaters nationwide. It’s also the home of Girl Skate Network which collects together the awesome skater scene for girls over the pond, not to mention Mahfia, our allies in the USA!
2) it’s where California is…
With world class waves, endless days of sunshine and skateparks in every town, California has it all when it comes to satisfying all our interests (which we found out the other month). From the cruisey skate town of San Diego, to awesome adventuring spots like Joshua Tree and surf breaks galore all down the coast.
