It been all go lately. Still at work collecting pennies for the winter season, but managed to get away last week to test some new Atomic skis and do a bit of training, whilst coaching some younger British racers. It was rather chilly up on the glacier at Tignes but it was great to be back on the snow again…can’t wait for the season to start!
Back in the UK now and I’ve been having some problems with my shins, so after months of pain I have been diagnosed with shin splints…not the best result considering the season is about to start but I have linked up with Colin at Solutions4Feet and he is sorting all the orthotics on my boots and training shoes which will align my feet correctly and fingers crossed prevent any more problems.
At Birmingham Ski show this weekend with Fall-line signing some posters and stuff, so if anyone is around pop over to the Fall-line stand and say hello!
Take care and fingers crossed for a good winter!
