13th April 2013, The Slyder Cup – the UK’s first finless surf competition – will play host to the UK Premiere of ‘Anything Sing’, a collaborative film project from Reef x What Youth. “Award winning Director Kai Neville is one of the most exciting names in surf filmmaking at the moment,” says Chris Nelson, Director of The Slyder Cup and London Surf / Film Festival. “His projects push the boundaries both in terms of cinematography and the realms of just what is possible in the context of surfing. We were blown away by Dear Suburbia which won best cinematography at LS/FF in 2012 so I’m stoked we can showcase Kai’s latest project as part of The Slyder Cup – an event that takes surfing back to its roots, championing the underground and celebrating the creativity that exists in our culture.”
