Art, photography, artists, snowboard-action, video premieres and parties – this is what the ARt on Snow in the Kleinwalsertal is all about.

You can view works of this year’s artists for the ARt on Snow at two locations in Kleinwalsertal, starting from 12th Dec to 19th Dec. Michael Berger, photographer for many publications like the Playboard-Magazine will showcase his work in the Casino. But that’s not all: Two more photographers are also scheduled to display their works at the Walserhaus in Hirschegg. One of them is Steffen Kornfeld, presenting his latest collection. The second artist is none other than, the winner of the “Sony World Photography Award” for the category “Sport”. ARt on Snow is proud to present Lorenz Holder, who will be making a personal appearance with his work.
The Walserhaus has even more to offer. Next to the art and photography workshops, there will be history exhibits and live video premieres. Here you can see the collected artists Hot Cheese Crew, as well as the illustrations of the local Quirin Müller, presenting for the first time. You can also see the works of the graffiti artist Robert Wilhelm.
Colourfully we thank Galerie Richter & Masset from Munich, standing for Urban and Fine Art from Bavaria, for their support. The gallery sends their best artists, Beastiestylez, Casiegraphics, DOG ISK, I ARE UGLY and WON ABC to the ARt on Snow. Popularism springing from Munich? They call it Ba(varian) Rocksurrealism.
I ARE UGLY
Besides the art & culture there is of course the wintersport itself. A sports highlight at the ARt on Snow awaits visitors on the second weekend – the x-ops.mobi Friends Invitational. Friedl May and Elias Elhardt, who just recently bagged the crossover champ title at freestyle.berlin, will be there with eight other rider friends ready to thrill audiences with a snowboard session in the Crystal Ground Snowpark. There will be a prize of 5.000 Euros.
Nightlife is of course not to be forgotten. For the perfect sounds for the ARt of(f) Party in the Walserhaus, we have engaged for you – no other than Delta Paul aka DJ Stamina and the British Turntablist DJ Tigerstyle, winner of numerous national competitions and World Champion 2003.
