The etnies BMX Girls Camp is making a welcome return to the Pumpwerk skatepark in Basel, Switzerland from 8-13 July, 2008.
Last year saw girls travelling from the States join in the fun, and this year’s event promises to be even bigger and better, with the camp securing sole use of the Pumpwerk skatepark for the whole week.
Organiser Karin Bleile set up the camp to introduce BMX to the ladies out there and teach them the basics of how to ride and control the bike. All attendees will have expert coaching, plenty of practice time and the opportunity to exchange ideas and tricks with other riders to ensure speedy progress.
Plus, there’ll be a huge brekkie, barbecues, visits to Basel, evening entertainment and sleeping at the skatepark all thrown in.
