Kana Miss Cup Surf Contest

Europe’s best budding surfers will be heading to French shores this summer for the fifth edition of the Kana Miss Cup.

Kicking off on 8th June, the Kana Miss Cup ladies-only surf competition will take place in Anglet, France. There will be contests in shortboard, longboard and bodyboard, with riders of all abilities invited to take part.

Mini Miss contests (open to surfers under 18) will kick off each contest, with two additional regional stops for under 21s in Morbihan, Brittany, on 8th June and another scheduled for mid-July in the Basque Country. The lucky winning amateurs in all categories will bag themselves a wild-card and all-expenses-paid trip to the Pro Junior contest to take place from 15-18th August at Hourtin beach, Medoc.

For the pro circuit, the Kana Miss Cup is an important stop, giving vital points towards European and World titles, as well as the Junior World Championships. Pro riders Pauline Ado, Lee Ann Curren, Paige Hareb, Sally Fitzgibbons, Bruna Shmit, Nikita Robb and many others are scheduled to take part.
