We’ve got just the thing to take your mind off that oppressive summer heat…
Can’t wait for next winter’s snowboard season? Looks like it might be coming a little earlier this year…
We just got our hands on next season’s Nokia Snowboard FIS World Cup preview and the competition is out of control. For the first time in the history of the World Cup there will be a Halfpipe Cup competition, which is set to kick off down under on 31 August in Cardrona, New Zealand.
The circuit extends from August through March and is set to light up eight different half pipes across the globe. Along the way, 100 of snowboarding’s top riders will pound the pipe for cash and FIS points, which ultimately determine their world ranking and the World Cup Champ.
To escape this summer’s heat tune in on August 31st!
