Quiksessions search for local rockstars….

Quiksilver & Gibson Guitars are heading to Fistral Beach in Newquay for some good surf and music over the August bank holiday weekend.

From 23-25th August, the Gibson Guitar tour bus will be parked up on Fistral Beach exclusively for The Quiksilver Skins event and will be the hub for impromptu gigs with guest musicians Ben Howard, Surf Chixx and Rosie & The Goldbug plugging away all weekend.

The Gibson Guitar bus has been specially kitted out for the most demanding of rock stars and will serve as a chill out area for surfers and musicians. The Quiksessions aim to promote new, and up-and-coming musicians from all across the UK – so if you’re a local budding artist itching to rock out on the Gibson bus then {encode=”[email protected]” title=”get in touch”}. Send them some links to your tunes and they’ll enter you in to the competition, with the best bands winning the chance to play at the Quiksilver Skins Event!
