Blue skies and park perfection are on the cards this weekend for the season’s first all-girl SIX(6) STAR event, the Roxy Chicken Jam Europe at the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier Park, Kaprun, Austria, 15th-17th December, 2006.

Risking re-location havoc due to poor snow conditions in the originally planned location of Engadin / St.Moritz, organizers have spent the last ten days ensuring the snowboard capital of Salzburg County, Kaprun, is ready to welcome the world’s best female riders on one of Europe’s best parks.

Up to 25 invited riders from twelve countries will compete in the main session on Saturday, together with the five best girls from Friday’s 30-rider qualification, for an 8-rider rider final. Aiming to claim the 4th Roxy Chicken Jam Europe title, 20,000 euro prize-purse and 1000 girl SIX(6) STAR points towards the Women’s TTR World Tour Ranking List, the weekend promises technical excellence and stylish performance.
