Last weekend the valiant (and slightly insane) daredevils of the surf world rounded up the big wave season at the Billabong XXL Global Big Wave Awards 2014.
Keala Kennelly who last won the award back in 2011, the same year she had the gnarliest injury ever at Teahupoo, took the Women’s Best Performance Award for the third time.

It’s the most amazing feeling you could ever feel in the world. Everything went white. I actually thought I would die. It was the best rail of my life. Let’s be honest.
