Fancy another girls’ day on the mountain before the season is over? Check out what Surf Affinity came up with for your winter fun:

We have finally managed to get it together and get our pretty lil girlie booties in the park to shred it up good on Wednesday, 31st of March in Tignes and Val d’Isere, France. We’ve got Renelle from Alliance Snowboarding to give snowboard coaching in the morning and then a slopestyle competition in the afternoon (boarders and skiers welcome for the comp) with a shed load of prizes to be won. We’re then gonna celebrate our general female greatness and have a party in the Jam Bar to get jiggy with some chick tunes and give out awards for our amazin skilzzzz.

10 Euros registration (or register from Friday at the Jam for just 8 Euros) gets you:
* Snowboard Coaching
* Photography Coaching
* Competition Entrance
* Picnic on the hill
* Entrance into the Surf Affinity holiday raffle
* Free pink shot to get the party going at the Jam (after 10pm)

10.30: Meet at Maison de Tignes under the big flag.
If you’re working and can’t make that time nay worries, you can just come find us in the Val D’Isere Park

11am-1pm: Snowboard Coaching from Alliance
Beginner park riders and intermediates welcome as we’ll have two sessions going at the same time. Not got a ski coach as yet so will be snowboard based in the morning!

1pm-2pm: Picnic + Photography Tips from Andy Parant
To power you on, we’ll take everyone a packed lunch for a munch and review of the morning session. Andy Parant, who was Tignes official photographer of the X Games is also going to come down to give budding photographers some top tips for taking good photos in the park so make sure you bring your camera as well.

2pm-4pm: Slopestyle Competition
Open to skiers as well as boarders. We’ll run two comps at the same time, one over the green rails and kickers and one over the blues so whatever your level you can get involved. There’ll also be a photography competition so if you’re not riding you can still get involved by taking some pics. See below for some of the prizes you can win.

4pm-6pm: Apres and review at the loop
We’re going to be a bit thirsty after all that throwing ourselves about so we’re gonna head down to the Loop to celebrate. The days footage will be on the big screen so you can bask in your glory.

10pm: Girl Fest at the Jam Bar
We’re doing the prize giving etc later on so that if you’ve work to go to, you can still get involved after. We’ve dumped a load of girl tunes on DJ Soso so he’s going to be serving them up to you with his special sauce. Meanwhile we can enjoy them with free pink shots for all girls that were involved whilst reliving the events of the day. There will also be a raffle to win a week in Hossegor with the surf affinity girls to spread your skills to the beach. Every entrant to the park day gets one free ticket and extra ones can be bought in the jam for 1 euro a pop. The raffle will be drawn at midnight.
