What’s The Vibe?
A sports benefit to help atheletes that are less fortunate to attend national and international competitions.
It’s a steal to get in, only $10 and for that you’ll be brimming at the sides with catered appertizers, dinner and
desert! The event is being held at LA’s Finest “Art Forms Studio” on 29th September. Doors open at 7-8.30 for the
food and then it’s open to the public for everyone to enjoy the art, live music, free drinks and most importantly –
skateboarding!
What’s Happening?
The night will then accelerate into a fun frenzy with skate videos, raffle prizes and a silent auction featuring a selection
of original artworks from skateboarders and inspirational artists, and again FREE drinks!
How Will the Money be Used?
This will be the first fundraiser that Poseidon and Wicked Wahine have hosted. They are united with S.A.A.W
(Sports Awareness Around the World)
to help expose and promote male and female athletes internationally. With the money they will be able to have
demos, clinics and a contest
at their first international event in Ecuador on 24th-25th July 2008. They will also be donating equipment to
Ninos de la Calle, a Non-profit organisation that helps give alternative outlets for children that
live on the streets of Ecuador.
