For our friends on the southern-most coast, there’s a real treat headed to the Dukes at Komedia cinema this month. Finisterre, FatSand Films and Looking Sideways are putting on a night of surfing films for your delectation, featuring 2013’s The Old, The Young & The Sea as the feature presentation. The documentary, about the Atlantic coast of Europe and those who surf there, definitely has the most beautiful titles for a film that we’ve ever seen. That would have been enough to get us stoked, but then we discovered it’s meant to be really good too (check out that IMDB score – phwoar).

Also being shown that night: Finisterre will premiere their cold water opus Edges of Sanity by Chris McClean, and FatSand Films will present Find Your Love – a short telling the story of a Brighton couple that left it all behind to set up a yoga retreat in India.
