While the ASP world title is lost to her no matter what place she ends up at the Roxy Pro this week, Steph Gilmore just won the ESPN ESPY Awards 2011 in the category of Best Female Action Sport Athlete 2011. Congrats!! Nominated alongside her was snowboarder Kelly Clark, who was also nominated for Best Female Athlete Award but lost this one to skier Lindsey Vonn.
