With a call time of 7am tomorrow (or today if you’re reading this on Wednesday 21 August before I’ve got up and had a chance to amend this!) the Swatch Girls Pro is very nearly go. We’ve been excited about it ever since we saw the pleasingly action-heavy trailer back in May.

The press conference took place on Monday with the girls above (from left to right: Laura Enever, Courtney Conlogue, Coco Ho, Pauline Ado and Sage Erickson) so now all we need is the waves this part of south west France, Les Landes, is famed for to show. When they do expect local ripper Pauline Ado to do this (below). But will she do it enough to beat last year’s Swatch Girls Pro France champ Courtney Conlogue who was on fire at last month’s Vans US Open of Surfing? Stay tuned folks to find out.
