A Brit Weird was launched last month in a bid to get girl shredders in Britain (and Brits abroad) to film and be creative with their riding. Closing last Sunday, there were 21 varied entries from all sort of riders, crews, ages and styles. We had mockumentaries, video games, board on board action, a brick called ‘Brickney’ and mini shredders getting involved. But most of all we had a lot of fun entries, which is what the contest was all about. It just goes to show the amazing diversity that the girls snowboard scene has in the UK. Thanks to all who joined in!
So it’s about time we started to give out prizes! Why did we wait so long you wonder? Well we spent the whole week watching the edits in awe with smiles on our faces. It’s been tricky to choose when you just want to watch them. There were some great efforts, so we have selected our top 5 for you guys to vote for the LADIES CHOICE award.
