Everyone reacts differently to the good and bad twists in life.
When the bad comes along, most of us react as well as we can, but some people can find the positive in everything. Adrianne Hill is one of those people.
Why Is Doing Something ‘Like A Girl’ Always So Damn Negative?
A cancer survivor and depression defeater, Adrianne is aiming to raise £100,000 for charities Cancer Research UK and Mind as she undertakes an awesome trip around the globe in March 2016.
Adrianne will travel over 18,000 miles under her own steam by stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), running and cycling across a nine-month period.
She will be the first person in history to complete this adventure
After going through illness for years, she hopes her adventure will show how we all can face adversity and to raise some money for the organisations that helped her in the past.
If she completes her journey, she will not only have raised an incredible amount of money for her charities, she will be the first person in history to finish this adventure and travel the trail in this way.
Pretty rad, eh?
With only 30 days to go, we definitely want to support Adrianne!
If you do too, it’s super easy. Head over to her crowdsourcing page and website to both donate and keep up to date with her progress.
We’re going to be keeping tracks on this incredible adventure and can’t wait to see how it goes!
