BMX Masters 2010: Master Parties

When the best BMX riders and fans from all over the world come to Cologne from the 16th to the 18th of July, they are not only looking forward to massive BMX action, but also for the legendary BMX MASTERS PARTIES!

The epic party run starts as usual on Friday with the BMX Masters Grand Opening Party at the Sensor Club. For the 6th consecutive time, Dj Rick Ski and Future Rock, veterans of the Cologne Hip-Hop Scene, will be inviting to an extravagant mix of hip hop, funk, reggae and rock on two stages. The DJs Dioz, Def Benski & Tricks, Cutmaster G.B and Dr. Chris will serve big tunes on the hip hop, funk and reaggae floor while DJs Jay Walkin, Sonic, Manuu, Fusion and Funkmaster Ozone will contrast this with some fine electro & rock tune on the second floor.

The second party on Friday takes place at the Subway. The Booty Call Soundsystem with Johnny Flash, Yonilla Ice and Guttafinger present their very special cosmos of rap, mash-up madness, gipsy house, tropical bass, ghettorave and Favela jumpstyle. The Cologne Party, established since 2007, stands for an extreme high energy-level and is the insider tip for all fans of Diplo, Crookers, Douster and Major Lazer.

Even if it is not possible to beat the Friday, the most important party-highlight of the Masters is the Official BMX Masters Party at Gloria on Saturday, where the infamous Discodogs and DJ Friction will entertain you all night. Friction made a name for himself through his work with the German crew Freundeskreis and rocks a mean mixture of hip hop, electro and modern house. The local DJ team Discodogs has mainly come to fame for their entertainment talents and crazy mix of tunes they already brought to major events like Burton European Open in Laax, Boarder Week in Val Thorens or the Night of the Jumps in Cologne.
