10) Thames Lido, London, (proposed)

The Londonist reported earlier this week that the Mayor had signed off funding for a lido on the Thames! And the picture above is one of the proposed designs by Studio Octopi. The idea looks to be more of a use of space as opposed to the use of water. We’d love to see this happen!
